Welcome to PetSup.ca. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices on PetSup.ca are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We enjoy free shipping on orders over $89 across Canada. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain pricing errors, are suspected of fraud, or violate these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy. Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Certain items, such as perishable goods or opened consumables, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable. Contact our support team to start a return.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website.
• Copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetSup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of PetSup.ca after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
